Texas Winter Nights Outdoor Event Lighting for Lightswitch at the Marriott Marquis

Downtown Houston’s Marriott Marquis is widely known for its roof top deck lounge and relaxation areas surrounded by a Texas shaped lazy river pool and spectacular views of the city.  Lightswitch, a collective of the nation’s leading visual, media and lighting designers engineered a winter lighting landscape for the Texas Winter Lights Outdoor Event running every evening during the winter holiday months.

LD Systems Lighting Truss Towers

LD Systems supported event production supplying lighting truss structures, rigging, crew and lighting equipment.  Our production support team assisted with structural engineering for Lightswitch’s lighting tower requirements and safely deployed the roof top equipment.  LD Systems lighting crew will continue to support and maintain the lighting system throughout the event through the holiday season. Texas Winter nights is a great attraction included for hotel guests and also open to the public.
