BP America Corporate Event Production Support at The Westlake One Campus Opening in Houston

After the BP offices were inundated with flood waters during Hurricane Harvey, company executives decided to remake the entire first floor of the Westlake One location including the corporate cafeteria, fitness facility and conference rooms.  LD Systems was chosen to provide BP America corporate event production services for the re-opening ceremony and press conference.  Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and BP America Chairwoman Susan Dio were in attendance to lead the event and share the importance of BP America’s Houston location.

High security requirements and excellent production support standards made LD Systems the perfect choice for this high profile Houston corporate event.  LD Systems provided wireless microphones and live sound, as well as stage lighting and lighting towers around the corporate event space.   The LD Systems video support team deployed a large backdrop LED video screen and creative video cube modules capable of displaying four sided wrap around video content.  Audio, lighting and video control as well as AV production crew for the special event were managed by the LD Systems production team.
