The Diamond Club Audio Video System Integration at Minute Maid Park

Minute Maid Park patrons never miss the live action while they enjoy the Diamond Club and exclusive comforts offered to members. The technology refresh of the Diamond Club included a design-build plan for new distributed audio and wide format video projection in the club.  Digital signage displays were also installed around concourse areas also frequented by Houston Astros fan club members and visiting baseball fans.

LD Systems design engineers began with a full range, speaker installation throughout the space.  Multiple flat panel displays adorn the walls and three laser projectors blend into an overhead projection surface yielding a stunning six million pixel image that allows patrons to enjoy a high definition camera view of the entire baseball playing field in real time. An AMX control system allows users to convert the projection surface into a presentation display for conventional presentations from a variety of sources including computer video output, Blu-Ray DVD players and digital signage equipment.
