LD Systems Designs and Builds an Ultra Wide Video Projection System at Minute Maid Park
LD Systems recently completed a major technology refresh in the Houston Astros Diamond Club at Minute Maid Park. The Diamond Club A/V System consists of a full range, distributed speaker system throughout the space. Multiple flat panel displays adorn the walls and three laser projectors blend a dining room overhead projection surface yielding a stunning six million pixel image that allows patrons to enjoy an Ultra-HD camera view of the entire baseball playing field in real time. An AMX control system allows users to convert the projection surface into a presentation display for conventional presentations from a variety of sources including computer video output, Blu-Ray players and digital signage equipment.
Patrons never miss the live action while they enjoy the comforts and the exquisite dining the Diamond Club offers. LD Systems is also proud to be the integrator for the Minute Maid Park stadium audio system, and many of the peripheral patron areas supporting the Houston Astros World Champions and their home stadium.
