Operating hours: Monday Through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Phone: (713) 695-9400 Our Parts & Service Department provides all LD Systems sales and installations with ongoing support with quick turnaround to minimize downtime. We have five fully equipped benches in our lab outfitted with the latest in test equipment. All our technicians are factory trained and have a cumulative experience of decades in the industry. We provide service on all the products we carry and are a factory-authorized warranty center for many of them. The Parts & Service Department has a full service speaker reconing lab to provide on-site speaker repairs. We have a large inventory of original manufacturer’s spare parts on hand to insure quality repairs on the equipment we service. Parts are also available for purchase and anything we may not have in stock can be ordered for prompt delivery. Our current labor rate is $75/Hour with a minimum charge of $37.50. Estimates are available for a $75 up front fee, which is applied to any repair charges incurred on an approved estimate.
