This event took place at the Westin Galleria Hotel in the main ballroom.

The set is completely ground-supported with no rigging whatsoever. White spandex fabrics are uplit and placed to hide the self-rising towers holding the truss, lights, and projector.

At left are the towers holding the lighting/video truss. At right is the tower holding the sound system. The drawbacks to this system are the sight lines blocked by the towers. But proper table placement eliminates this problem. The advantages are faster load-in and load-out, greater flexibility in placing the elements in the room by not being restricted to existing rig points, and reduced cost of riggers, lifts, and rigging fees.
