Brent Sanders, LD staff lighting designer and production manager, was given the "Hats Off Award" at a recent event that celebrated the successful 2006 Cattle Baron's Ball. Brent was given the award for his outstanding efforts and leadership during production the 2006 event held at George Ranch Historic Park near Rosenberg. Having been the main lighting designer for the event for the past few years, Brent took on the production manager role and was responsible for all technical logistics, performance logistics, and even filled in as an announcer at one point.

Each year VICTORY honors individuals with the Hats Off Award who we feel go above and beyond to make our event a huge success. Brent Sanders consistently does just that. His leadership and expertise in lighting and sound are especially important for a charitable event of this caliber. Brent is extremely competent and consistently exceeds our expectations." said Mary Ward, VICTORY Member and 2006 Cattle Baron's Ball Physicial Arrangements Chair.

The annual Houston Cattle Baron's Ball is held by VICTORY, a branch of the American Cancer Society.
