LD Systems Invests in Live Media Streaming Technology

LD Systems is now a regional distributor of Digital Rapids’ TouchStream live webcasting technology for the systems integration and installation markets. Additionally, LD Systems has purchased mobile units to augment its sound and video systems in order to provide on-site streaming from event venues to the Internet.

The streaming data can be seen live and/or recorded for archival re-webcast. LD Systems’ Systems Integration division will be installing the units in clients’ corporate facility infrastructures to act as a media distribution system.
